1. Order Placement

  • Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt.
  • To avoid delivery delays, please ensure all personal and delivery details are entered accurately at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Within the UAE

  • Ready-to-wear items: 5 – 7 business days.
  • Customized orders: 4 – 5 weeks (subject to seasonal variations).
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location.

GCC & International

  • Ready-to-wear items: 8–10 business days.
  • Customized orders: 5–6 weeks (subject to seasonal variations such as Eid or peak seasons).
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination country.

3. Important Notes

  • Delivery times may vary during public holidays, sale periods, or due to courier delays beyond our control.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their respective countries.
  • In cases where delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect details provided, re-delivery charges may apply.

4. Cancellation & refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us directly. Cancellations made within this period are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • After 12 hours, cancellations will be issued as store credit equivalent to the order value, valid for one year from the date of issue.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method, and the processing time may take between 10 to 45 days, depending on your issuing bank.

5. Alterations & Exchanges

If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Customer Care team is here to support you and resolve any concerns promptly.
Please note: 

  • Inspect your item immediately upon delivery.
  • Notify us of any issue within one day through the contact channels listed on our website.
  • Exchanges do not apply to customized orders. Complimentary alterations are gladly provided.
